Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by calling our hotline, sending a text message with the word CANCEL to your registered number, or emailing [click to reveal email]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.
Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged.
Free Trial
New subscribers receive a 3-month free trial. Billing begins automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel before that date.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You will be charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
Data After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request immediate deletion by emailing [click to reveal email].
