7. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Your subscription automatically renews monthly. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of your current billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

8. Trial Period

New subscribers receive a 3-month free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. Billing begins automatically on the first day after the trial ends unless cancelled.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and only for receiving personal reminders. You may not share your account or use the service on behalf of others without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Programs LLC is not liable for any missed reminders due to carrier outages, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. The service is provided as-is. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New Jersey.

12. Digital Delivery

All services are delivered digitally via SMS and voice call. No physical products are shipped.
